Answer» I have two hard drives and want to USE both in one computer can somebody tell me how to do this pleaseFirst you will need to alter the jumpers settings of your second hard drive and configure it as a slave. This will probably be marked on the drive itself in the form of a small diagram. If it isn't then you should be able to get the INFO from the manufacturers web site. It is usually a case of moving th white blanking strip one set of pins. Inside your Computer you will find and ide cable attached to your existing hard drive this will have a spare data plug on it which plugs into the male data socket on your spare hardrive. You wil then have to find a power cable and plugh this into the appropriate socket on the 2nd Hard Drive. You will probably be able to figure this out by looking at the existing one. Your BIOS should detect it AUTOMATICALLY once INSTALLED. If not there will be a setting wihin your BIOS that will SAY detect hard disks automatically. Good luck.
