Solve : ULEAD MP3 1.0.18?

Hey, I'm using an HP dv7-3078nr ENTERTAINMENT Notebook
And running Windows 7
Using Internet Explorer 8

I keep receiving a pop-up message saying something about the Ulead MP3 1.0.18.

I disabled and re-enabled my speakers for a temporary fix.

And it also happened when I play sound using media player, or anything else.

If ANYONE knows any solution to permenantly fix this, I would appreciate it.
