Solve : Unable to download anything!?

I was unable to do updates to windows DEFENDER and avg free so i UNINSTALLED them both and i have tried to download them and i keep coming up with errors. i also tried to download avest and that didn't WORK EITHER! I have now tried to download may different things with no luck. What should i do?
