Answer» I recently bought a new PC; OS Windows 7, 32 bit; using Microsoft Office 2003; Internet Explorer 8. When I want to access a link in some of the websites, it doesn't want to open - says eror on page, and e.g. unterminated string constant Line 1158. Sometimes it has other error messages. I uninstalled my BITDEFENDER antivirus programme, but problem still persists. PLEASE advise me.What happens if you use a different browser (Firefox, OPERA, etc)?A recently purchased "new" PC should NOT be causing these kinds of problems (unless you have altered the SOFTWARE or hardware since purchase). I would be thinking of returning it under warranty in case there are other issues COMING down the pike.truenorth
