Answer» I have just recently reinstalled my MS Office 2002, and I've noticed that when I attempt to open OUTLOOK, I get the gray screen that says Unable to display the folder. I am running Windows XP Prof. version 5.1. I must have clicked on something that I shouldn't have. Could somebody please tell me how to get my display back? If you need more info. for this problem, please LET me know. Thanks a bunch. DaveyboyUninstall and reinstallAllan, Thanks for getting back to me so SOON. I uninstalled, and reinstalled theOffice XP program, but it didn't work. I'm still getting the gray window. Any more options I can try? Daveyboy I've installed Office MANY times and am an avid user of Outlook, but I've never seen the gray screen you're describing. Can you give us a screen shot please?Hi Allan;
I think the reason I'm getting this gray area is because of the Registry CLEANER I'm using. (Paretologic) Funny, Word & Excel is fine, but not Outlook. How can I show a screen shot? DavePress PRINT SCRN - Open MS Paint - Press CTRL-V - save the IMAGE to a file. AND STOP USING REGISTRY CLEANERS.I FINALLY got Outlook to load & open correctly. No more problem! Thanks for all your help. Daveyboy
