Answer» I regularly get e-mails sent to me which contain files which I cannot open. My viewer opens, but does not recognise the file and then just shuts the whole programme. Is there a prog that I can download or adjustment I can make to myexisting set-up. I cannot get a "Open With" option. Re size. New files received. Still will not open even though the file ending is in the programme. I have just given up and deleted the e-mails without seeing what is in them.
