1.	Solve : Uninstallation of AVG not working?
Answer» Yesterday I upgraded a PC of mine from Win98 to WIN2K. After I did that, I noticed my Antivirus AVG was not working anymore. I uninstalled it and it told me it was uninstalled, but it still appeared in the list. When I re-started the machine, and re-installed it it told me it had done so, but when I attempted to run the program, it asked me for a license number. It's the Free version, so I TRIED enteringthe License number from ANOTHER installation I was doing, but it wasn't working. So, now it's still in the list and it refuses to uninstall and refuses to INSTALL. What do I do?I would try to do another uninstall and make sure to go through by hand and delete the files and registry keys LEFT behind and then try this microsoft app found below: http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;290301 I hope this is of some helpAlso you might try uninstalling in Safe Mode.
