Solve : uninstalling LiveReg symantec Corp? |

Answer» NORTON antivirus has been uninstalled for a year. I am trying to UPGRADE my Mcafee but have to uninstall LiveReg. When I try, I GET an Internal Error 2753 msssrv.exe. I've also gotten a popup that says "Symantec LiveReg cannot be removed at this time because the following applications require this component: Norton Antivirus." Gouing to the Norton website has not helped! How do I get this removed?Use the Norton Removal Tool...re-boot a few TIMES after running it. Why McAffee ? ? P.S. It's never a GOOD idea to have more than 1 A/V app installed at a time... |
