Answer» Every time I TRY to install SouthWest Airlines "DING" program I get this ERROR..."unrecoverable Error:Unable to load "Ding" configuration files. I GUESS e-mail them. I think you are the only one who has POSTED that question in the LAST year! Seriously, it looks straightforward enough. Maybe you got a bad download. Try downloading it again.I waited 2hrs apart for 3 days and still get that errorTry to clean you registry (take out all keys connected SouthWest Airlines program) But dont forget to back-up first the keys before deleting themI did that but still no better.
