We are SORRY for the inconvenience." what does it actually means....it corrupt. just uninstall it and install freshcopy. n u said if the thing HAPPEN u want to install it. then the installer itself have corrupt n u must obtain new fresh copy of it. here the download link http://www.filehippo.com/download_winrar/ n please make sure what system u are. a 32BIT or 64bit but most pc are 32bit in default for basic pc.. so just download the 32bit or both and try install ithi there before u download just make sure which windows u have, i'm sure 32 bit is ALWAYS best BET.
