Solve : USB Device not recognized, but usb ports work? |

Answer» I get above message USB Device not regognized and when I clink for assistance with problem, the screen is blank. It doesn't show where problem is. I downloaded a new BIOS no change. I foud the problem in my computer under a usb hub but, can;t get rid of it just replace the driver which I did no change. I didn;t mean the usb ports worked the outlets do unless that's the same thing. It is getting harder and harder to start my computer. I am thinking of upgrading to windows 7?
