Solve : USB device problems? |
Answer» HI. On both sidesLaptop? No, but because of that I am planning to buy a laptop. Hi, boot into BIOS/Setup at startup and with the usb device plugged in. If the mouse WORKS at this point, it's likely a Windows problem (because you haven't even booted into Windows yet) in which case, a reformat will likely help. joyfax Quote Hi, boot into BIOS/Setup at startup and with the usb device plugged in.
