Answer» i have 2 x usb modems that don't work anymore on my laptop.. i usually GET "ERROR 633" when i try to connect. when i CALLED the isp, they said that it must be my usbs as they both work on another laptop i have. i have 4 usb connections on the laptop. how can i fix my usbs? any ideas? i have an acer laptop with vista..thankyougo into your device manager (right-click my computer>manage>device manager) do you see any ! or ? on any of the HARDWARE LISTED??? |
