I have a FANTOM HD204UI USB Device that does not appear in WINDOWS 7 Explorer or Disk Management. In Device Manager is an exclamation mark beside it. When Windows does a search online it returns that the driver did not install successfully. Also, under SMS Bus Controller an exclamation mark appears and it also returns that its driver did not install properly. The external USB STORAGE drive and USB flash drives work fine on the first computer I imaged from. They worked on the second computer before I restored the system image to it from the first machine. You need to get the drivers for the imaged PC from the manuf. site and install them
Chipset drivers 1st...then reboot...then all others.
