Answer» I have been using utorrent for years and have never had this problem. uTorrent will download fine, but will not seed anything, whether it be while downloading or after it's finished downloading. The only message in the Logger tab is that rss.dat was damaged/missing but has been recovered. I use Windows XP Service Pack 2. Thank you for any reading. Any help would be appreciated.
