Answer» Excel file with simple sort macro. When making a copy of a tab( tab is not part of sort macro), the following pop up appears.... Microsoft Visual Basic File not found:'C\Docume~-1\lejones\Locals~1\temp\vbcb.tmp' To try to fix the ERROR the MACROS were deleted. Error STILL occurred. Disable macro was selected when file opened. Error still occurred. So far the only way to prevent error message was to save file as .XML THEREFORE deleting the vb project. Then open the file and save as .xls Of the 4 users of the file, 2 do not rec the msg when making a copy of the tab and 2 rec msg. Any suggestions.... Bonita
