Answer» BRONI - If you can or anyone help me figure this out. I am trying to reload Microsoft Picture It 2000. It stop at this point and the words on the box displaying files names etc. Comes to - VERIFYING disk space for internet explorer 5.0. Another box comes up saying your install as had a error. click that off and another box comes up saying try ed to GET internet explorer 5.0 results failed ? I have windows XP, and plenty of room for this program. Anyone help please / THANKSI can't say for sure, but probably one of two reasons: - non-compatible with XP - it may be trying to install IE5 alongside, but since you have higher version of IE, it won't be able to install ver 5 Try custom install. You may be able to opt out from installing IE5.Thanks Broni, I don't think it will give me a custom install. Or are you thinking in add and remove programs. I aready try that root and got the same. Can I down grade to IE 5.0 instead of useing IE 7 ? Then if it installs, I can up grade to 7 again. Cause this program worked before with IE 7. Also . Could this ALREADY be on the computer stash away with the older programs and I pull it out of that ? I know I am grasping at straws here. Thanks Broni. If you uninstall IE7, it'll go back to ver 6, not to ver 5. Saying "custom install" I mean, when you start installing Picture It, it should give you options of standard, or custom install.
