Solve : VGA hardware or driver problem?

I installed Cyberlink Youcam. And on running it, an error  "You do not have a compatible VGA HARDWARE or DRIVER to run YouCam"
My LAPTOP is:
Model: HP 15-r005ne notebook pc
Product number: J1W69EA
System type: 32-bit
