Answer» i have got a big yellow question mark indicated on my device manager (other devices)... it has also got a yellow question mark on the sub link titled 'video controller (VGA compatible). how do i rectify this problem? what is a video controller? i have noticed that the VIDEOS played on the dvd rom are slightly distorted? my os is windows xp... any help...It means you need to update the drivers on your computer.
