Answer» On windows media player when i try to watch a dvd it gets an error that says "Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because a problem occurred with digital copyright protection." I don't know why its doing this because these movies have never been copied before or anything.
On Cyberlink Power DVD it won't even load the movies to play them. And on NERO 7 it will play movies with no sound.
Can anyone help solve my problem?Try VLC Media Player: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.htmlHere's more information i got on the error-

Notes •To play DVDs, you must have a DVD-ROM drive, and a SOFTWARE or hardware DVD DECODER installed on your computer. If you do not have a compatible DVD decoder installed, DVD-related commands, options, and controls do not appear in the Player and you cannot play DVDs. By default, Windows does not include a DVD decoder. For more information about DVD decoders, see Windows Help. •DVD playback is only available on select versions of Windows.
