Whenever I send a message from an account in outlook it automatically changes the sender to one of my other accounts.

For example:

I choose my sympatico account to send tim a message, When I look in my sent folder outlook has instead chosen to use my gmail account.

Attempted Solutions and Tests....
I have sent myself a message and I can verify that it is COMING from the wrong E-mail account.
I have tried deleting the gmail account in my outlook but outlook just CHOOSES the next account down to send the E-mails from.

Has ANYONE ever heard of anything like this or have any idea how I might stop the shenanigans

Tild99Before you press the send button, there is a button to the right of the send button, it is call Account. Click the down arrow and choose the email account that you want this message to be sent from.

Yes I know about the accounts button, next to the send button.


The problem is that after I click that down arrow, pick an account, verify that it will be sent from that account, Outlook SENDS from another.

I gave up trying to fix this problem and UNINSTALLED, then reinstalled office.
It's working now.
