Do I need special SOFTWARE in order to "write" a book? I am wanting to record a family story w/o having to type it all. I am hoping to just speak into a microphone and have it appear on page. Dictation mode is not very accurate....actually not very accurate at all.

Microsoft developed a voice recognition software a while ago that is suppose to be good, but during a conference presentation it had major flaws. I'm not sure with the exact name but its from Microsoft.
