Answer» I'm hoping someone can help? I have three ARCHIVED CHAT log files in an application CALLED Wapster AQQ Messenger. I don't recall the user name or the password for the program but I need to open the files as they contain important information from old friends. Each log file has the user name followed by the @ symbol, then the IM of choice, then a domain name but all with a file extension of .dc2 Below is an example of the file I'm trying to open. e.g. [emailprotected] Anyone help on how I might open these in a readable format?Have you tried simply opening them in Notepad? It's worth a TRY, they may be encoded in a format that's not readable but it won't hurt.Tried that but no LUCK - thanks
