Answer» I am getting this error message in Music Match Jukebox everytime I try to play a CD. I've tried everything I know to do.
Any suggestions WOULD be VERY helpful! Oh I am using Windows XP Home and MusicMatch Jukebox 9.00.5059DELLSBoro Blue.... Have you tried using a differant player to play the cd's in question ?
dl65 Yes Windows Media Player gives me this error:
Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a PROBLEM with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another PROGRAM, or it might not be functioning properly.
hmm...
what type of soundcard do you have? Can you play Mp3s? You might need a new driver to make the software and hardware communicate better I'm sorry but I looked everywhere and can't find what soundcard I have. It isn't listed in My drivers when it populates a list.
What operating system are you using?
Can you play CDs OUTSIDE of Music Match Jukebox?Quote I'm sorry but I looked everywhere and can't find what soundcard I have. It isn't listed in My drivers when it populates a list.
