I need your advice, please, software pros!

I am looking for a professional software which, when the webcam is turned on, would prevent the background behind me and to the left and right of me from being seen entirely. Specifically, I need such a program which would show my party from their side only my face, part of my torso, etc. surrounded by a plain blue wall. I will be using webcam for business-related communications and not for fun. I saw quite a few links to webcam backdrop freeware but all of it are for people who want to DECORATE their webcam when chatting for fun. I tried this product www.webaround.com but it does not help me MUCH because it doesn't cover space to the left and to the right of me. It ony covers what's GOING on behind me. But I wonder if there's some software that can be used to mask entire room which is around me. Please, help!
The program which I will be using with the webcam to communicate is called "Vidyo" or something like that. Thanks!FRANKLY, I SUSPECT you'll have to do what you don't want to do, which is to tidy-up the background in your workspace because I doubt you'll find software to do what you want.
