I have tried re-installing it, but I still need the same administrator password to fix it.See if your parents will let you format the drive and reinstall Windows. Do ask before you do this and make sure you are up to the task. Look on the manufacturer's website for removal instructions. If you have to CALL a service representative to help you, then do it.
