If you have nothing RELEVANT to say, please STFU.Ello all, I know this may be redundant, but I have had Webshots on THREE computers, including this one, for some unknown reason, and all the checks were done..... virus, spyware, etc..... I lost my desk top and icons and it WOULD not run in any form of the safe mode, thusly neither would the system recovery. So (this is a Compaq 2007, Windows XP Media Edition) had a partition with a recovery programme, and it warned and stated that all things would be returned to Factory specs.. I sighed and said whatever makes it function again..... so I went with it. In the process of reinstalling the basic programmes, which went without issue, webshots, consistently had a red window that gave two choices, saying Webshots is already installed on this computer, Choices: Repair Webshots Uninstall Webshots Needless to say...... neither worked as I could not install a Webshots Desktop to download any of the countless photos I had for wall paper. It tells me an exception .... cancel or debug.... neither has any results..... I had a registry programme search of any remnants of the install or programme.... and all it found was in Administrate downloads, the install package. ANY HELP.. I Miss my Webshots!!!! Thank you very much
