Solve : What is ATI ??

recently my elder bro gave his PC to me.
but there is left  file/folder i don't know how to use &  why do i need that?
it looks like some software, but i  cann't find any help comand out there
folder is called ATI.
So does anybody know what is that? and why do i need that?

Can you name any of the contents of this file/folder :-?Not much to go on, maybe the catalyst files for an ATI video card.....?There is File Backup data and ATI.ACC folders in it.
Files NEEDED for the ATI video card you will PROBABLY find attached (or at least was attached).There are not any files attached, so what else could it be ?If it is an empty folder it does not matter. Just delete it. Quote

couldn't your brother have acronis true image installed? i think it's concerned with it.thank u Legolas.
it is exactly Acronis True Image.
i was going to delete it , but bro TOLD i'll need it somehow.
