Solve : What is the best DEFRAG software that is USB BOOTABLE from DOS?

I'm creating a trusty USB key that has all the DOS bootable tools i need on it and i would like to know if anyone knows a great defrag tool to run outside windows.
I know about hiren and ULTIMATE bootcd but have not tried all that is on them, but who knows, maybe THERES a GOOD ONE that they forgot.

Also is there a good lost data recovery tool for dos?
