Answer» in the uk and go to a tv site called itv.com and you can preview tv programs.i have done this on other tv sites with no problem.on this one(itv.com)when i click on the PICTURE of a program to preview i get the following message "your computer and/or media player cannot play our VIDEOS."so i follow their instructions and get the following message "windows media player you need version 9 or above".i have version 11 and no other on my pc.also another message SAYS"drm not installed"so once again i follow their instructions to find it is installed and is enabled.thie is the only site in the uk i cannot preview and they cannot see i have windows player and drm and it is enabled.this is the 5th forum i have been on and as yet no answers.In IE, it ASKED me to install some ActiveX, and it worked. In Firefox, I used IE tab add-on, installed some ActiveX, as well, and it worked, too.
