Answer» I want to back up my hard DRIVE to an external hard drive. I have 3 partitions on my PC. C is for windows and D and E are for music, movies and documents. I'm using Vista 64 BIT and my external hard drive doesn't come with any software. I've never done anything like this before so I would like something as simple as possible.
What's a good program for a noob?Well, what you could do is ZIP everything and then copy it to a harddrive....How would weekly updates work then? I'm thinking I would have to erase the zip files and start from scratch every week. I have 600 GB of stuff to backup so far.Oh.... LOL
That could be a problem then.

Are you not reading the thread before replying ? ?
A) It's a year and a half old... and B) The only reason it was resurrected is because someone was spamming with links...
