They all are too HARD for me.Windows Explorer.
Or the ftp program included with all Linux distros I've used as well as Windows itself.I mainly use wget/wput or CURL except that for maintaining my web site I use Windows Explorer.
I was using Filezilla, but now days use MS Home Server for my FTP needs which has a easy to use web interface for sending and receiving large files.
