Solve : why is my computer saying this?

Answer»

hi i'm back. been tryin to figure out how to answer sage. this is my story. bought a new h.p. laptop g7. i'm a beginner computer user. i have MADE ALOT of mistakes, but you cant learn anything unless you press some buttons. i got some pictures with a email and tried to put them in a folder. i ENDED up with new folders on top of desktop icons i deleted them and i think i deleted icons with them. it all STARTED there after that i went on a delete bing, even deleting recycle bin. i think i lost a lot of progams that was on the desktop. then i restored back in time a couple of times, but could never get back far enough to correct what i did. it came with norton, and i tried to load a new norton i bought. no luck with that. i can get into websites and email ok, when i leave a window i get a small window saying could not load file or assembly 'sorttbls, nlp' or one of its dependencies, the sytem cannot find the file specified. i would really like to start over and learn some new mistakes. how can i get back to day one? will i have to buy new windows 7 and spyware? or should i just buy another laptop? please don't get to technecal with me. sometimes learning the hard way is good. thanks for looking. bob.Your HP laptop probably has a recovery partition.  Go to the HP website, download the manual for your model of laptop and follow the recovery instructions.  You will lose any data on the computer in the process.
