Solve : Why is the fax crashing the computer!?!?? |

Answer» I am using a Gateway 920 series server as a desktop running MS XP PRO SP2 at the office for the admin assistant. When she send s a fax from MS Word to the NETWORK printer/fax her COMPUTER crashes. Under manage and device manager it shows an "I/O controller" is MISSING. Gateway does not have a driver or download for this issue. Anyone have any ideas??TRY re-installing the motherboard drivers on the offending machine... |
