Hi.  I've just installed Java because I want to use the 'Search by playing' facility on the Tunepal website.  The Java website says Java is installed successfully, but on the Tunepal website instead of seeing the 'Search by playing' where it should be, all I get is the Java icon with BLUE squares circling round as if it needs time to do something, but it's been doing it for ages.  Thanks for any help & advice!which OS u r using?
If win7, go to start type in updates and click on first (check for updates) try to google "jre updates" and this will update ur java script. may be its just ur windows is not updated in a while. if it doesnt solve ur problem, come with more details please.

Thanks very much for replying.  I've got Windows Vista Home Premium version 6.0 service pack 2, & I've just downloaded the updates that were available for it & restarted my PC, but I'm still getting the same problem.  Also the Java website says I've got the recommended Java installed - Java SE 7 update 05.

Any other ideas what I COULD try?
