Solve : window live messenger failed to start?

1.	Solve : window live messenger failed to start?
Answer» my window live messenger can't EVEN been run.. EVERY TIME i click the messenger.exe this message prompted. The APPLICATION has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail. I already uninstalled and re-installed, the PROBLEM still exist... any1 experience this before? or knowing what is side-by-side configuration and its event log???
