Solve : windows 10 amd radeon hd 7500m/7600m crashes?

So I reinstalled windows 10 with a media creation TOOL and it immediately crashed. BSOD: video tdr failure and antikmpag.sys error.
I booted into SAFEMODE and switched the display driver from amd to microsoft basic display adapter. Now it was possible to boot into windows 10 and everytime I tried to swtich to amd radeon hd 7500m/7600m it´d crashed. Then I downloaded DDU to untinstall everything. Now I don´t know what to install so that my display driver works (amd radeon) for gaming purposes.

I apreciate any help from you guys.
And i had no clue what i was doing until now. Would be nice if you can guide me through this misery.

Ps: Sorry for my bad english.Go back to the generic driver...then DLoad and install the proper Win 10 driver if there is one available and re-boot...UNFORTUNATELY i don´t have the "proper w10 ddriver"It's a laptop...the drivers should only come from the laptop manuf. site...Could you like guide me trhough those steps? because english is my second language and some terms are for me not so familiar.

When i tried to install amd catalyst 15.7.1 it´d would stop and crash midways and couldn´t be properly installled.
I don´t know why.Post the Model # of the laptop...and your Win version...and we'll find the proper drivers...

Another thing.. Windows 10 is kind of reacting pretty slow, is it because all of my drivers which are not up to date?
I did a fresh clean install after all.
