Answer» I UNINSTALLED windows update #KB3035583 as I was told that this update ATTACHED the Windows 10 upgrade icon &AMP; option to install it. I still have that annoying popup icon when I start up. Was it also on another update. I am on Windows 7. Thank you.See Here...
