Solve : Windows 193 error?

I keep GETTING the following pop up when i TRY to RUN itunes:
itunes not properly installed. Please reinstall iItunes
Error 7 (Windows 193)
I have downloaded and reinstalled iTunes but keep getting the same message everytime i want to run iTunesI'd suggest you also post your question on the Apple support forumDoneNo, I meant the Apple support FORUM at www.apple.com
