Answer» This is a reproduceable problem. I did an Acrnonis image restore. Soon after plugged in my USB stick to download some PROGRAMS. Things went as planned. Drivers were loaded for usb, saw it, copied fine. Chose SAFELY remove hardware. Took stick out. Then- When I plugged my external drive back into the usb, WINDOWS does not see it in My Computer. I can't access it. Now minutes before I the external, as that is where the image was stored. I saw it after the image recovered. But it is reproduceable that after I use USB stick, then I cannot see my all important external 1 TB drive. I had to reload the image and do this TWICE to myself before I figured out what was causing the problem. How do I fix this problem?
