Answer» Im having a PROBLEM with utorrent , i usally NUKE my uploadspeed while im downloading because it takes so long to download files while im uploading , when i was USING windows XP , i could right click the file im downloading and adjust the bandwidth options so it would only upload at 10/kbs , ive done the same thing on windows 7 , nuked it down to 10kbs from unlimited and it still goes over 30/kbs. |
