do i REALLY need this, or is it quite safe to do so

Also what happens if i decline to the terms and conditions.

I have DONE a search on it, and this seems ok, but no harm in a second opinion
As to if i really need it. TRYING to help

it,s a infection scanner removing only the selected infections listed here http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=890830

if u decline the terms,The download process just stops (as usual). Windows UPDATE will continue showing it as an available update though.
