Answer» This is on a Dell E1705 laptop with XP pro, SP-3, Dell OEM version. Device manager says display driver is OK. But WMP not PLAYS my DVD. But VLC works fine. Is there a reason for this? The screenshot say to try lowering your color quality settings. Changing from 16 bit to 32 bit would be raising it, not lowering it.
