Answer» Hello everybody, So, I'm trying to watch my .mpg files on my Windows Media Player 9; and for some reason, every video I watch comes up sorta polarized; like the colouring goes all funny (BROWNS to blues, others to pinks) - and I can't work out whether it is an issue or a setting.
All of my codecs are up to date; and I havent got any filters applied (I think).
Could someone help?

-- I''m so very confused right now. Hi, I had a friend who had the same problem, and I suggested this to him. RATHER than using Microsoft software, which is quite buggy and not always free, I prefer the free, higher quality alternatives, which aren't buggy. ONE such of these is VLC Media player, which is free and open SOURCE. Assuming you are a windows user (having Media Player installed) you can download it from the FOLLOWING page:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html
It's quite easy to work and, and works every time, playing some videos that Media Player can't. If this doesn't work, it could possibly be a problem with either your actual computer or the video file itself. Hope this helps.
