Answer» To put it short, I check my processes as I run Windows MEDIA Player, and it jumps up to a whopping 200,000 KBs if left. This seems to lag up my computer MAJORLY and I end up having to end the process. PLEASE help me figure out why this is so

EDIT: WHOA, this is weird. I tried playing WMP when I installed VLC and SUDDENLY it works again (In a sense)I believe, you may have some CODECS missing. Get this: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/XP_Codec_Pack.htm
