Answer» I am using Windows XP operating system, and Outlook Express 6. I was reading one of my messages one day, and my computer had a problem, and I shut it down. Now there are two messages in my Inbox that are in bold print, and if I click on them, they will lock my computer up. I have tried to HIT the delete key, but that doesn't WORK. Does anyone know how I can get these two messages out of my inbox?Try this. Go to TOOLS, Options, Maintenance, and click on the CLEAN Up Now button. Compact the messages. Now, does it work? |
