I'm having this error when i run a FTP Server APPLICATION...
:FTP Server: Couldn't Bind winsocket: WinSock Error 10048

That is what the error says...
I do not have any other FTP running...
I'm running on WinXP Professional...
This is what i found while searching on the web for a solution...
Error 10048 WSAEADDRINUSE:
The error MEANS that one of the winsock ports Agent is trying to
connect to is already in use. Check to make SURE that no other
winsock applications are using the following ports:119 (for news)25
(SMTP)110 (POP)

I managed to solve the problem...
It seems that i installed IIS yesterday and it was a FTP application.
I've removed it by going to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Add/Remove Windows Components...
Sorry for this stupid mistake... haha
