Can I add an up and/or down arrow in the text using Word and Excel?I think you'll have to expand your explanation of what you want to do. As stated in your original post, it doesn't make MUCH sense, in my opinion.

Are you working withh Word and Excel files that are larger than what can be displayed on one screen? If so, then you should see a scroll bar on the right side of your screen and you can use it to move up and down the page. Or, you can use arrow KEYS, PgUp, PgDn, Home, and End keys to navigate a large file. I do know how to use the scroll bars on the FAR left. In Word, you can insert "bookmarks" at various points in a document and then create hyperlinks to those bookmarks. Hmm, my mis-interpretation, I guess, but I you could have clearly stated you were not talking about a navigation tool, just a mere image of an arrow.
