Answer» Yesterday, when I opened up WordPerfect 11, the cursor was and is about 1" TALL, the header space is about 4" tall leaving about 1 1/2" for my main DOCUMENT area. Meanwhile the font SIZE shown above is only 12. If I open a document written previously, it opens at the 1" size so I can get only a part of it on the screen. I tried copying and PASTING into a file under AOL, and the font is normal. I tried to copy and RESET the font size but going down to 6 makes it what I'd guess to be a font size of 18. Thinking it was a problem with WordPerfect, I un-installed it then reinstalled WordPerfect but nothing improved. Somewhere there's a glitch but I have no idea how to find it nor how to fix it.
