Answer» Hi, Can anyone please HELP me with the FOLLOWING ... A program generates a (huge) amount of data. This data consists of plain text. The file however, is so big that compression definitely is needed. But I NEED, eventually through querry's, to read and write in that file ... Circumstances do not allow to first unpack and then re-pack that file (UNLESS perhaps in real-time splitted into pieces, but I wouldn't know how to manage that EITHER). What program is this? Would you be using that same program "to read and write in that file"?
